Hi, I’m Rhys — a First Class Honours Physiotherapy graduate from Cardiff University with over two years’ experience working in the NHS. I’ve completed rotational roles across musculoskeletal physiotherapy, stroke rehabilitation, acute medical care, and trauma and orthopaedics, giving me a broad clinical skillset and experience supporting people of all ages and abilities.
I have a strong interest in exercise, strength and conditioning, and movement technique. I believe the most effective rehabilitation combines hands-on treatment with tailored exercise programmes — not just to reduce pain, but to build strength, confidence, and long-term resilience.to Sydney seven years ago Hannah started working in Pilates physiotherapy studios where manual physiotherapy treatment was combined with the movement based rehabilitation exercises of Pilates. Further Pilates study then followed and she then completed the Polestar Pilates Rehabilitation course that coved equipment repertoire as well as mat.
